Maintenance Worker
Repairs, tunes up, and conducts periodic maintenance on vehicles; Maintains and repairs electrical systems such as lighting, alarm systems, and power systems; Operates heavy equipment and attachments over flat and rolling terrain for building, clearing, filling, and snow/ice removal; Follows safety practices and procedures and maintains a safe and clean work environment; Uses and maintains tools and equipment keeping records of inventory; Trains and demonstrates methods to volunteers ensuring work crews follow safety procedures. To be qualified candidates must meet any screen out element(s) listed at an acceptable level, and must achieve an average rating of at least acceptable on all of the elements. Only education, training, or experience acquired before the closing date will be considered.
